Any good breeding program Starts with the mares. Our hand pick mares for our breeding program were chosen by committee.

When we started to find the mares for the Wild Rose we invested hours interviewing with the best in the Morgan breed some in The Morgan Hall of Fame with over thrity years of experance. In part of this interview was learning how to get the results were looking for. Breeding is not a crapshoot it's more of a science. There is no perfect horse and you can't get same results ever time, however if you stay with the basesci rules the odds are with you.

1. The mare must have strong pedigree."Nothing can fall out of a empty wagon".
2. The mare must out produce herself. This the part that takes time.
